CLERHP Estructuras, a company specializing in building construction and listed on the BME growth market, has announced the signing of three new contracts in the Dominican Republic, where it is implementing its largest project, Larimar Resort; and Paraguay with a total value of 3.7 million euros.
The first of them with the merchant Build Marcapital RD, SAS, for the construction of the concrete structure of the project called Hotel Resort Live Aqua Phase II, in Uvero Alto, municipality of Higüey, province of Altagracia. The total amount of the contract amounts to U$D 1,073,200.36 (approx. 944,500 Euro), 20% payable at the beginning of the contract and the rest through monthly certificates where a withholding of 5% is practiced as a guarantee of proper execution of the retained delivery amount after expiry of the warranty period, which is six months after completion of the work. The execution period of the work extends from March to October 2023.
The second contract is signed Acciona Solsanit IDC del Ozama Consortium, and its purpose is to provide community labor services for the Eastern Aqueduct Extension Project in Santo Domingo. The amount of this contract is USD 1,739,692.22 (approx. EUR 1,597,368), 20% already at the contract signing, which took place on March 16, 2023, and the rest through monthly certification works. The execution period of the work is 10 months.
For its part, the subsidiary CLERHP ESTRUCTURAS PARAGUAY, SRL has subscribed to the company BCN constructions, SA received a new contract for the construction of the concrete structure of the Paraná Costanera Building in Encarnación, the total amount of the above contract amounts to 9,128,704,000 guarantees (about 944,450 euros), of which 30% have been paid in advance and the rest by bi-weekly employment certificates with a 5% withholding, the cumulative sum of which is paid out with the final employment certificate. The execution period is 229 working days from February 23, 2023.
Juan Andrés Romero, President of CLERHP Estructuras, spoke in the latest edition of El Rincón Inmobiliario, organized by Estrategias de Inversión, about the great project that the company is developing in the Dominican Republic, Larimar Resort: “The Larimar Resort project should be a space in which the resident, whether holiday maker or permanent resident, has everything they need without having to leave the city”.
On the other hand, thanks to all these projects that the company carries out, especially in Latin America, the CLERHP market value continues to climb, leading the gains in the BME growth market today with gains hitting 4.41% to €3.55 per share, a number it could reach if the session ends like this all-time highs.
